Why not offer camera manufacturers / Point Grey, Ximea, Basler and others / on camera API in source code in Ogama. They may not have the high cost of this work. They will spend less time and fewer errors.

The benefit to users Ogama:
  1. All the work on the creation of API makes programmers from camera manufacturers, and users do not have to do the hard work.
The benefit to producers camcorders
  1. We users can buy their products, because it already supports OGAMA. Their audience is growing and expanding market for its goods.
    All parties are happy!
    Any opinions?

This is what I think, too :-), but the eye tracking community is very small in Terms of market concerns. Every Hardware manufacturer that made it to write me a mail was kindly invited to add their device. Alea and Mirametrix had done this, ASL has already helped out.
Just ask your manufacturer to Support Ogama, if there are enough requests, they might do so ...
Kind regards,
