Can't connect iViewX

description

Hi,

Using both versions 4.5 and 5 on Win7 I get the same error attempting to sort out a connection to my SMI iView machine:

System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

I also get an Ogama error message:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

This is an error at:
Ogama.Modules.Recording.SMIInterface.iViewX.SMIiViewXClient.TestForConnection()

I have the suspicion this might be solvable if I could access the "tracker settings" and (perhaps, I've never seen it) set out the appropriate address and port for iViewX (I've set up iViewX appropriately with the address of the Ogama machine and the ethernet connection is definitely working) but because of these error messages whenever I try to select the iViewX in Ogama, I get "No tracker selected" and I'm stuck in a bit of a loop!

As a potential 'quick fix' is it possible to say what the default settings (esp. port number) are with regard to where Ogama is expecting to find the iViewX by default and can change things at that end first?

I've tested Ogama with the mouse and I'm very keen to use it with the full eyetracker.
