SQL Test Connection Exception Error

Hi Dr. Adrian Voßkühler,
Appreciative of the expertise, time, and enthusiasm you contribute the maintaining the OGAMA code and answering user questions.

I've just begun experimenting with eye-gaze and mouse tracking analysis, and wearable biometric tech to use in a study of executive functioning and focus as it relates to behavioral economic decisions in the context of three control groups:
Yoga & Meditation
Aerobic Activity

I was excited to find OGAMA as it seems like an ideal solution for studying task-oriented behavior on the computer, and am eager to run test trials to see if it will allow the appropriate data to be acquired for the study.

My Machine:
HP DV6t-2000
Processor: Intel i7
OS: Windows Home Premium 64-Bit
Program Dependencies: .NET 4.5.1 Installed

I just downloaded Microsoft SQL Express 2014 and installed it with the server name as SQLEXPRESS successfully.

Upon running the program for the first time, there was an error message indicating tobiisdk.dll was missing.
The following thread was found:
missing tobiisdk ddl prevents startup.
Bonjour was installed after reading the thread. And somehow the issue seems to have been ameliorated.

Upon running the test configuration wizard, when "SQLEXPRESS" is specified and the Test Connection button is pressed, the program generated an exception error that follows this paragraph.
Just after clicking quit, OGAMA also gave an exception area that is attached in text form.

Expert assistance at resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging

For example:

< jitDebugging="true" />

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
